Yes. Short-term lease terms ranging from three to eleven months are available, providing flexibility while allowing you to enjoy the full luxury of our community. 

Yes. Every home includes a full-size washer and dryer so you can take care of laundry right in the comfort of your own residence without sharing facilities or making a trip off-site. 

Your monthly rent grants full access to our community amenities, including the pool pavilion, fitness center, and social spaces. Utilities are billed separately based on usage, allowing you to track and manage your monthly living costs.

Yes. The property features a modern fitness center on one level, outfitted with premium cardio and strength equipment, a dedicated yoga studio and lawn, and top-tier machines like a StairMaster. The space is designed to support both wellness routines and lifestyle relaxation. 

Yes. All residents are required to maintain renters insurance to protect personal belongings and comply with lease requirements. 

Residents may choose between AT&T and Spectrum for internet and cable services, ensuring flexible, high-speed connectivity for streaming, working from home, or leisure. 

Yes. Utilities are billed separately, along with valet trash and pest control. Additional optional fees may apply (for example parking, pet rent, storage). Please refer to the community fees page or contact our leasing team for the most up to date details. 

Rent can be paid easily online through the resident portal using ACH, debit card, or credit card. Automatic payments are also available for added convenience. 

Artesian at Bee Cave is part of the Lake Travis Independent School District, serving Bee Cave Elementary, Bee Cave Middle School, and Lake Travis High School.

Yes. Artesian at Bee Cave residents enjoy convenient access to local favorites such as H-E-B, Target, Hill Country Galleria, Winstons, and Summer Moon Coffee — all just minutes away. 

The community is approximately 45 minutes from downtown Austin, providing a comfortable distance from city life while offering a refined retreat in the Hill Country. 

While primarily residential and scenic, Artesian at Bee Cave offers access to the Bee Cave and Lakeway business areas and is within driving distance of Austin’s broader employment, education, and entertainment hubs. 

The Artesian at Bee Cave welcomes pets and offers on-site amenities such as a dog wash station, pet park, and plenty of green space. Plus you'll have easy access to Bee Cave Park for outdoor exercise!

A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet apply to the community. Please view our pet policy for the most up-to-date pet fee information.

We do not have a weight limit, however aggressive breeds of dogs are not permitted at the community. We donot allow barnyard animals, exotic animals or reptiles such as ferrets, snakes, rodents, or lizards, or poisonous animals such as Tarantulas, and insects.  Aquariums up to 20 gallons are allowed without a pet deposit. Aquariums over 20 gallons must provide a pet deposit and have proof of renter’s insurance.
Specific animal, breed, size, number and weight restrictions and pet fee, pet rent and pet deposit requirements will not apply to qualified assistance and service animals. Please view our pet policy for more information.

Yes. Service animals are allowed as required by federal and state regulations.

When traveling west on Highway 71, turn left onto Caprock Summit Drive. The leasing office will be on the right-hand side, with apartment homes and guest parking on the left as you head up the hill.
